Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping Policy:

At Island Pitch, we want to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We offer a range of shipping methods, including expedited and international options, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and other factors, and we strive to keep them as low as possible.

We process orders promptly, with most orders shipped within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, so you can keep track of its progress.

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally issues may arise during shipping. In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Island Pitch purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization and shipping label.

If you are returning an item due to a defect in quality, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other reasons, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (or a gift card for gift receipt orders), and exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.

Fine Print

Sale & Clearance items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items offer store credit. Clearance items offer no refunds or credits. 

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

    Partial Refunds

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • Blu-ray, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
